What makes Rumor Has It... Coffee different from other flavored coffees?
Great question. And honestly, the answer is best experienced in the cup. We use a proprietary flavoring technique developed by our founders that infuses real flavor into every batch without bitterness or artificial aftertaste. Our coffee actually tastes like what it says on the bag. No harsh commercial finish, no guessing; just bold, smooth, honest flavor.
Is your coffee sold whole bean or ground?
All of our coffee is currently sold ground. We roast and grind in-house to ensure every bag is fresh and ready to brew when it arrives at your door.
What roast levels do you offer?
We offer a variety of flavor profiles across our Colombian medium roast coffee.
Ordering & Shipping
What sizes are available?
Our coffee is available in 1-pound bags, single-pot pouches, and individual serving pods (affectionately labeled “Rumor Rounds”). We also offer variety packs — perfect if you want to try a few flavors before committing to a full bag.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 2-3 business days of purchase.* Delivery times vary by location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship outside of Iowa?
Yes! We ship throughout the continental United States. Whether you're in Iowa or across the country, we'll get your coffee to you.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
What is your return/refund policy?
Because our coffee is a perishable food product, we're unable to accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order — damaged packaging, wrong item, or anything else — please reach out to us at hello@rumorhasitcoffee.com, and we'll make it right.
Gift Cards & Wholesale
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Rumor Has It... Gift Cards are available right on our website. They're delivered digitally via email, and the recipient can redeem them at checkout.
Can my business serve Rumor Has It... Coffee?
